Kim has wide experience in a variety of nursing setting, from critical care nursing in large metropolitan hospitals in Australia and in the United Kingdom, to the delivery of primary health care in remote indigenous communities in Australia.

Over the past ten years, Kim has focussed on patient safety via a variety of roles at the Australian Patient Safety Foundation and Patient Safety International.
