Members can become a Fellow or Associate Fellow of AAQHC. This award is a public recognition of your knowledge, experience and qualifications. The Professional Development and Credentialing (PDAC) Committee and the Board of Examiners are committees responsible for the credentialing program including examinations for Fellow status.
Financial members who believe they meet the requirements for this important award are invited to submit an application to the Professional Development and Credentialing Committee by 31st May. Successful completion of the exam process results in the post nominal of FAAQHC being awarded. This is a lifetime award provided membership remains financial and evidence of ongoing professional development can be provided when requested.
Associate Fellow
An Associate Fellow credential is also available to financial members. Members can apply at any time. The option to have the award of AFAAQHC presented at the annual conference is available to members.
