Membership is open to individuals, organisations/institutions, or consumers with an interest in or involvement in quality improvement and risk management in health care.
With membership options to suit everyone, AAQHC offers a package designed to meet the needs of individuals and organisations. The AAQHC membership year, as per the Constitution, is July 1 to June 30. If you join in the first half of the year (July to December) full membership fees are due. If you join in the second half (January to June) half membership fees are due. Members will be offered the option of paying one full years membership in advance or half yearly instalments.
There are three categories of membership available.
Individual members are entitled to all membership privileges:
Full time Undergraduate and Post Graduate students shall be eligible for membership at a discount rate. Such members shall be entitled to all standard individual membership privileges.
Organisational members are NOT eligible to hold office or represent AAQHC on external bodies and committees or be entitled to apply for credentialing.
An Administration fee applies in addition to the annual membership fee. There is an application fee and then an annual renewal fee.
The cost for application is $77 (incl GST)
Fellow Renewal $82.50 (incl GST)
Associate Fellow Renewal $38.50 (incl GST)
