Financial members who believe they meet the requirements for this important award are invited to submit an application to the Professional Development and Credentialing Committee by the 31st May. Successful completion of the exam process results in the post nominal of FAAQHC being awarded. This is a lifetime award provided membership remains financial and evidence of ongoing professional development can be provided when requested.

An Administration fee applies in addition to the annual membership fee. There is an application fee and an annual renewal fee. The cost forapplication is $77 (inc GST) Fellow Annual Renewal $82.50 (inc GST)
