 
The 6th Australasian Conference on Quality and Safety in Health Care was held in Christchurch, New Zealand from September 1 – 3, 2008.
The Conference attracted delegates from Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East and covered a wide variety of topics. Participants had the opportunity to meet, network and form partnerships with key leaders and decision makers in health care safety and quality, including CEOs, clinicians, managers, and consumers. Attendees also had the opportunity to share in the most up-to-date strategies, innovative approaches, theories and tools that enhance the safety and quality of our health care services.
I would like to thank all participants, speakers, sponsors and other contributors for the tremendous success of this important conference.
