VHQA Consumer Conference May 2015
VHQA held a two-day conference on 28 and 29 May 2015 titled ‘Consumer Participation – What it really looks like and how organisations are achieving it’ at which 78 registrants attended.
22 speakers provided interesting presentations and robust conversation. The two days were proudly sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services, Riskman, ClinGov.- PSC Australia and Governance Plus.
Seven health services provided projects for the ‘Too Good Not to Share competition at which registrants voted for what they thought was the best project. The best voted project was Austin Health – Patient Centred Walk Arounds.

VHQA October forum Presentations ‘Weathering the Storm in the Quality Sphere’
On October 24th 2014 VHQA, the Victorian State Association held an education forum titled ‘Weathering the Storm in the Quality Sphere’. About 40 registrants attended a day of support for managers in Quality, Risk and Safety. Four speakers provided key messages for the registrants and two of the presentations are posted here. The other 2 will be posted shortly.
